Hourly Pricing
Invitation Creation: $25/hour
General Event Planner: $75/hour for 1 person, $125/hour for 2 people
Day of Coordination Planner (<4 hours): $100/hour for 1 person, $150/hour for 2 people
IT Planner: $50/hour for 1 person
Please note: hourly pricing does not include cost of event supplies, decorations, rentals or other additional services.
Package Pricing
Day of Only Coordination (>4 hours): $800
Partial Package: $1200-$2500 (examples: baby showers, wedding showers, graduation parties, retirement parties)
Full Package: $2500-$5000 (examples: corporate events, weddings, events > 8 hours)
Please note: Package pricing can include cost of event supplies, decorations, rentals or other additional services depending on package selection.
Deposit Information
Please note a deposit is required at the time of your event booking. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours of booking, your event time will be at risk for cancellation and rebooking by another party.
A 25% deposit is required for hourly pricing events.
A 50% deposit is required for package pricing events.
